Instructions:
Step 1: Open your base up, dip your brush in and apply base to the lips like you would a lip gloss.
Step 2: Wait until it turns clear. Then take your brush and scoop up the color of cosmetic glitter of your choice from your kit and pat it gentle on your lips.
Step 3: Dust any excess glitter away with a fluffy brush or tissue
Step 4: Blow dry with cool air
TO REMOVE:
Take a warm, damp, soapy cloth and allow to sit on lips for a few minutes to saturate product. Rub back and forth then add moisturizer to avoid drying/cracking of the lips or you could use the makeup pads remover.
